As a club we are starting to build bridges within this community and brainstorming service projects. One question arises: For us, what will a good project look like? My answer is a project that enhances good leadership. That raises another question: What does good leadership look like? Leadership at its core is having Impact and Influence. Therefore, good leadership is where we can have a positive impact and beneficial influence. One thing Rotary has succeeded at, since its inception, is to help members become good leaders. May I suggest that when you get an idea about a local project that you feel we could get involved with, pause and ask yourself these two important questions:
How will this activity activate good leadership in our members?
And
How can this activity generate a positive impact and beneficial influence within the Bonney Lake Tehaleh community?
